Summer is a wonderful time for students to explore their interests and/or develop new ones. Summer opportunities include, but are not limited to: paid work, volunteering, internships, academic programs, sports camps, travel/adventure programs. While many academic or travel-related programs have costs associated with them, there are also plenty of opportunities that offer scholarships or are free of charge.
We are also lucky that we have many opportunities that are available locally. We suggest reaching out to some of the incredible non-profits we have in our valley regarding internships and volunteering.
Click on the category links below for lists of opportunities. These lists cannot possibly be all inclusive, but are meant as a guide to show you some of the opportunities that exist. Please note Aspen High School and/or Post-Secondary Counseling is not endorsing these programs.
