Aspen High School seniors are encouraged to apply for a number of local scholarship opportunities. Scholarships range from $500-$10,000 and have been generously donated by members of the Aspen community.
General Application timeframe is now closed however, a few outside scholarship applications are still open!

TRASHMASTERS SCHOLARSHIP
Online Application Deadline March 1, 2026
Applicants must demonstrate superior academic achievement while participating in extracurricular activities. The committee looks highly upon volunteer work as well as leadership roles in clubs and/or teams. Most importantly, FINANCIAL NEED is strongly considered. HOLY CROSS ENERGY SCHOLARSHIP

Scholarships are available in five different categories, see online application for more info. Students must be enrolled or planning to enroll in an accredited undergraduate educational or training institution (in-state or out-of-state) Anyone with FINANCIAL NEED is encouraged to apply, including those from marginalized communities, minorities, first-generation college students, and women. Open to all residents of Eagle, Garfield, and Pitkin Counties, plus Marble.
JACK ROBERTS MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
Online Application Deadline May 1, 2026
Open to graduating seniors who intend to continue on with their studies in Art. Students must be pursuing either a major in Art, a minor in Art or be enrolled in a certificate of Art program. In addition to the application, students must submit 3 to 5 digital photos of their artwork, a short essay on their background and why they desire to pursue additional art education and how they hope to incorporate art into their life or careers in the future, and a recent photo.
