Registration for Spring Parent / Teacher Conferences will open Thursday, February 16th at 7:30 a.m.

All parents will register using the same account they created for Fall 2022 conferences.   If you didn't book a conference last fall you will need to create a new account. Instructions for creating an account.   You can create an account and book conferences for all your K-12 students at one location at aspen.school appointments.com.

Parents will receive appointment reminders and virtual meeting links on March 1st.

Conference Dates & Times:

Thursday, March 2        10:00 am - 6:00 pm

Friday, March 3             9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Conferences will be virtual, however, if parents would prefer to meet in person, teachers will be in their offices or classrooms to facilitate in-person conferences. We understand that for the vast majority of parents, 10-minute conferences are best virtually, so the system will default to virtual. If families prefer to meet in person, they must schedule their conferences to intentionally have breaks between each meeting so that they can travel to different parts of the building. Regardless of format,YOUR STUDENT MUST ATTEND CONFERENCES.
